Lessons Learned and Advice

Focusing on one niche allows you to develop deep sector expertise. For example, understanding the grooming industry makes your coaching sharper and more credible. Mindset work should never be skipped, as meaningful shifts in thinking often drive more progress than small tactical changes. It’s also important to design scalable systems early; even small operations benefit from structure, delegation, and standardisation. Accountability plays a key role too, many people start strong but lose momentum, so regular check-ins help sustain action. Finally, leaning into community creates a sense of shared purpose, helping clients feel less isolated and more motivated to grow.

What I'd Publish and Systematise Earlier

If I were starting again, I'd publish more free content earlier:
