Craig White: Men Without Masks and Craig White Mentoring

I'm Craig White, founder of Men Without Masks and Craig White Mentoring, working as a transformational coach, men's leadership mentor and high-performance specialist. Over more than 30 years in coaching, I've guided:

  1. Leaders
  2. Teams
  3. Individuals

I help them step into more authentic, resilient and purpose-driven lives.

Moving Beyond Performance Metrics into Meaning

My journey began in sport, particularly rugby performance coaching, and fitness, but over time I became fascinated by human behavior, inner architecture, transformation, and masculine leadership. A pivotal period was a yoga and meditation retreat in Thailand that reshaped how I view self, identity, and purpose. That shift moved me beyond performance metrics into meaning, inner work, emotional integration, and leadership. Men Without Masks emerged as a movement to help men shed limiting masks, own their inner fire, and lead from integrity, not ego.

How I Help People and What I Offer

On my website, you'll see several core programmes:

Mid-Life Intensive: A focused, powerful one-to-one transformational path for those at a major life pivot.

121 Mentoring: Bespoke, long-term coaching tailored to your mission, identity and growth.

ManMap: A structured programme to help men map their inner terrain (values, roles, identity).

Team Consultancy and Leadership Mentoring: Working with leadership teams to shift culture, performance and cohesion.

I also lead retreats (5-day immersive retreats under the Men Without Masks banner) where participants engage in:

  1. Embodied practices
  2. Breathwork
  3. Meditation
  4. Masculine archetype work
  5. Emotional release
  6. Group processing

In blog writing, podcasts and articles, I explore themes like men and anger, authenticity, boundaries, identity and emotional integration.

My approach combines performance coaching, narrative work, embodiment, emotional inquiry and relational immersion.

What Makes Craig White Mentoring and Men Without Masks Different

  1. Depth from experience: I bring decades in performance, sport, behaviour and leadership coaching, not surface-level advice.
  2. Embodied, not just intellectual: Retreats and programmes use somatic, breath, emotional and relational practices, not just talk.
  3. Men's leadership focus: Men Without Masks provides safe space and structured processes for men to explore identity, shadow, authenticity and brotherhood.
  4. High performance plus transformation: Clients often are leaders, professionals or high achievers wanting more integration, depth and sustainable impact.
  5. Programs and retreats built to last: Not quick fixes, but structures that support growth, identity shifts and long-term maturity.

Lessons I've Learned and Advice

Real change comes when identity shifts, not just behavior. Emotional integration matters as much as strategy or discipline. You can't lead others into depth until you've walked into it yourself. Creating container matters more than content, as retreats, groups, safe space, and listening are essential. Finally, don't over promise, because transformation is messy, nonlinear, and sacred. What I'd Lean Into and Systematise Earlier

If I were beginning again, I'd lean more into content earlier:

  1. Writing
  2. Video
  3. Public vulnerability

This lets people see how I actually think. I'd systematise program components so scaling doesn't dilute depth. I'd also build more supporting guides (toolkits, worksheets) to help sustain client change between sessions and retreats.

Expanding Retreats and Bridging Performance with Maturity

The vision includes expanding Men Without Masks retreats and online group work so more men can access transformation, as well as deepening team and leadership consultancy offerings beyond individual mentoring. Future plans involve publishing more content through podcasts, articles, and potentially a book on men, identity, and transformation. The goal is to strengthen the bridge between high performance and deeper emotional maturity, ensuring that success is sustainable rather than superficial. If you're a man, leader, or soul who feels there's more to uncover, more purpose, more depth, more authentic presence, I'd be honored to connect.
