I'm Bruno da Gamma, founder and Chronic Pain and Energy Coach behind Projeto Energia Crônica. My work supports people living with chronic pain, fatigue syndromes, autoimmunity or low energy, helping them reclaim well-being, vitality and meaning.
Through coaching, education, community support (e.g. the Facebook group), content (blog, Canal do PeC) and personal programmes, I help clients align their energy, mindset and lifestyle to reduce suffering and live more fully.
My path into this work came from seeing how many people with chronic conditions feel isolated, misunderstood, or limited by common medical approaches. I believed there was a gap: combining physiological understanding, energy work, mindset, and sustainable living into an integrated path for people with chronic challenges.
I launched Projeto Energia Crônica to create a community and a methodology rooted in empathy, integrity, and action, where people can move from survival towards vitality, even in spite of long-term health struggles.
The healthcare system treats chronic pain and fatigue with either purely medical interventions or disconnected wellness advice, but I noticed something essential missing: integrated support that combines physiological understanding with energy work, mindset and sustainable lifestyle change. Many people with chronic conditions were experiencing:
I wanted to create a practice that bridges these gaps, offering integrated support where body, energy and mind work together towards vitality.
I began by writing content (blog, articles) about chronic pain, energy, self-care, and lifestyle adaptation. I created the Canal do PeC (YouTube or content channel) to share tips, stories, experiments and interviews. I then invited people into a private Facebook community (the group) to connect with others navigating chronic conditions and to test ideas, get feedback, and pilot programmes.
Over time I formalised coaching offerings:
I refined approaches through working with clients, seeing what moves needle, what supports resilience, and how to respectfully push limits.
As word spread, more people from Brazil and Portuguese-speaking countries joined us. The Facebook group grew, content reached more people, and I began accepting clients from further afield. I also collaborated with practitioners, therapists, and complementary health professionals to broaden support structures and referrals.
I don't treat symptoms in isolation. I aim for a holistic realignment of body, energy and mind.
I deeply understand chronic pain and energy dysfunction. I've walked pathways with clients, not just theorised from afar.
The group element, peer support, shared stories, accountability and connection matter deeply in chronic health work.
I test methods, learn from feedback, adapt, rather than rigidly applying "one size fits all."
My aim is not dependency but helping people build self-awareness, self-regulation, resilience and sustainable practices.
The strategies that have proven most effective for growing Projeto Energia Crônica include:
Through building Projeto Energia Crônica, I’ve learned several important lessons. Start from service, not marketing but help real people first, learn from their experiences, then scale. Document your processes, experiments, and client progress, as what works for one person may not work for all. Build trust through transparency by discussing limitations, safety, and pacing; in health-related work, overpromising is dangerous. Use content such as stories, insights, and lessons to let people get to know you before they hire you. Make community a core part of your offering, since chronic health work can be emotionally heavy and people benefit from shared connection. Finally, grow strategically and prioritise capacity, quality, and follow-up over rapid expansion.
If I were starting again, I would make these changes from day one:
Looking ahead, I plan to expand the reach of Coaching and Programmes in Portuguese and possibly into Spanish or English. I aim to develop more scalable content (mini-courses, guided tools, membership models). I will increase collaborations with practitioners in integrative health. My vision is that people with chronic conditions will see Projeto Energia Crônica as a place of clarity, support, and meaningful progress.
Projeto Energia Crônica is a coaching practice founded by Bruno da Gamma. It supports you if you live with chronic pain, fatigue syndromes, or low energy. The goal is to help you reclaim your well-being and vitality through a unique blend of coaching, education, and community support.
This coaching is designed for you if you're dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, or persistently low energy. It's for anyone who feels isolated or limited by conventional medical approaches and is looking for an integrated path to feeling better.
The approach is holistic, integrating your body, energy, and mindset rather than just treating symptoms. It’s built on lived empathy and focuses on empowerment, giving you the tools for self-awareness and resilience. A strong community element also provides essential peer support on your health journey.
You can access one-to-one chronic pain and energy coaching, group programmes, energy audits, and mindset training modules. There is also a wealth of free content, including a blog and the Canal do PeC video channel, plus a supportive private Facebook group.
Currently, the coaching and programmes are primarily offered in Portuguese. However, there are plans to expand into Spanish and English in the future to help more people find support and meaningful progress.
