PRICING TRAINING (do not share)

Transform and Grow Your Coaching Business

I'm giving you two things on this page.

The first is a live webinar where I walk you through How to Price Your Products/Services as a Coach, normally reserved for my private clients.

The second is a FREE PDF Guide which supports the Pricing Webinar you are about to watch.

Little hint: the download only makes sense if you watch the video. So, make sure you have the download handy whilst watching the video otherwise it won't make any sense.

If you want help with this, check this page out to see some of the caliber and frequency of our client breakthroughs, then set up a call with me or my team.

Practical Steps to Launching Your Coaching Business

Getting your coaching business off the ground might feel like stepping onto a blank canvas, but with a few key steps, you can build a rock-solid foundation and avoid those "what on earth do I do next?" moments. Let’s break it down:

1. Define Your Coaching Identity

Start by getting clear on who you are as a coach and what you stand for. Are you the supportive guide, the no-nonsense motivator, or something entirely different? Take a leaf out of Simon Sinek’s book and make sure your 'why' is baked into your approach.

2. Set Up the Basics

Register your business, set up your finances (hello, QuickBooks or Xero), and make sure you’re covered with the necessary insurance. It’s the unglamorous stuff, but these nuts and bolts keep the engine running.

3. Price Your Services Confidently

Research what others are charging in your field, but remember, your value doesn't come from how long you've been at it. Package your services in a way that reflects your expertise and the results you deliver. Don’t be nervous to experiment with introductory offers or tiered packages as you find your sweet spot.

4. Spread the Word

You can have the best coaching skills on the planet, but clients need to know you exist. Build a simple website (Wix, WordPress, or Squarespace will do the trick), claim your Google My Business profile, and start showing up where your audience hangs out, whether that’s LinkedIn, local meetup groups, or Facebook communities.

5. Grow and Evolve

As you find your first clients, keep listening and learning. Gather feedback, keep refining your offer, and invest in marketing that feels authentic to you, be it through content, networking events, or partnerships with other professionals.

By taking these practical steps, you’re not just starting a business, you’re creating the launchpad for your own coaching success story.
